Our standard property staging package comprehensively covers all aspects of staging your property. These include:

· A consultation with a designated home staging coordinator

· Installation of furniture kit, including furniture, furnishings, and accessories suiting your property type

· Minor tasks and finishing touches, e.g., making of beds and hanging artwork

· Professional photography (provided within three days of staging)

· Videography (upon request, at an additional cost)

· De-staging (removal of staging furniture)

While we don’t provide cleaning services, we can source the best local cleaning professionals and give you a list to choose from.

• The Turnaround Time

We take bookings in advance and can take your staging project up with a prior notice of 2 to 3 weeks. The staging process takes 24 to 48 hours, though it is mostly done within 24 hours.

• Part Staging Services

We also offer part staging, that is, staging particular rooms of your property. These are usually the main areas, such as the kitchen, living room, and main bedroom.

• Staging Services For Furnished Homes

If you require staging services for furnished spaces, consider our interior styling package. In addition to other services, this package involves the styling and placement of existing furniture. • What We Need From You

Generally, we require our clients to provide a floor plan. Alternatively, you can provide pictures of the rooms and confirm the total number of rooms. Our team takes a detailed floor plan of your space during the initial consultation before providing your custom quote.

• Cost and Pricing 

Once we have confirmed your project, you will receive a detailed pricing quote, including general information about the extension of furniture installation kits (that can later be made available).
