Our staging package comprehensively covers all aspects, from start to finish:

• A consultation with a dedicated project stylist manager
• Furniture kits — including high-quality furniture, furnishings, and accent accessories (chosen from a wide variety of collections to suit your space)
• Installation of furniture and other tasks, such as hanging artwork, making beds, and more
• Professional photography, provided within 3 days of capturing
• Videography (at an additional cost)
• De-staging (removal of staging furniture)
• Opportunity to purchase any of the accessories, décor, and furniture used in the staged property (if you love anything used in the project, we are happy to provide prices for individual items upon request)
• A list of recommended cleaning services, provided on request

The staging process takes between 24 and 48 hours. However, we take bookings in advance, and appreciate a prior notice of 2 to 3 weeks before the staging process.

For developers and investors with more than one property to be staged, we can offer a cost-effective bulk rate for staging. The furniture kits can be reused in different properties, using the same theme for each property or adopting a unique style, depending on the clients’ needs.

To begin, we ask you to provide us a floor plan or a general idea of your property’s rooms (pictures, number, estimated size, etc.) as well as other information you’d like to provide about the property. Our team will obtain a detailed floor plan of your space during the initial consultation.
