Staging your property, yourself is a lot of hassle! Fitting in the additional work (and associated stress) of adding staging furniture and managing the additional storage costs may be hectic. So, why not work smarter instead of working harder?

You can conveniently leave the process to us. Our fully-insured team will install and remove the furniture and make every effort to sell your home faster, so all you have to do is focus on the in-pouring offers.

We offer various styling packages that comprehensively cover all aspects of home staging, including:

• A consultation with a designated home staging coordinator
• Installation of furniture kit, including furniture, furnishings, and accessories
• Professional photography (provided within three days of staging)
• Videography (upon request, at an additional cost)
• De-staging (removal of staging furniture)
• Opportunity to purchase any of the accessories, décor, and furniture used in the      staged property (if you love anything used in the project, we are happy to provide prices for individual items upon request)

Once our consultation is done, you will receive a full quote for the complete package. The next steps are as follows:

• We will provide the base plan for the project.
• Our team of professional stagers will install and perfectly place every piece of furniture and furnishing.
• We will take care of minor tasks, such as making beds and hanging artwork.
• Our professional photographers will capture your home in high-resolution images.
• Once your property goals and objectives have been met, our team will de-stage the property.

We schedule our staging in advance and are able to take bookings with a prior notice of two to three weeks. The actual staging takes between 24 and 48 hours. Most projects are completed in 24 hours.

Yes, we offer part staging, catering to specific rooms of the property. If you require us to style your furnished property, we recommend opting for our Interior Styling Package (click here). This may also include the styling and placement of your existing furniture, and discussing the possibility of using our furnishings to reach the desired outcome. 

All of our packages are bespoke; they are customised according to the individual needs of our clients. We closely listen to the requirements and expectations you lay out during the consultation, and provide services and packages accordingly. Because we own a vast range of furnishing styles, we can provide staging and decor solutions to every type of property and clients.

 We provide the following additional services for show homes:

• Expert  advice on all aspects of interior styling, including flooring ideas, colour schemes, and more
• Researching  and sourcing goods 
• Personalised design ideas upon request (if our clients need additional décor advice and suggestions during their refurbishment project, we can curate ideas to bring their design dream to life)
• Opportunity for our clients to purchase furniture pieces they wish to sell along with      the property (which can later be relocated to another area if the client has more than one property, or may be sold to the buyer) 
• Providing our clients with a list of reputable local cleaning and handyman      professionals
• Professional  marketing photos for advertising your property (may be used by you or your estate agent)
• Furniture ‘bundles’ for larger projects (these are more cost-effective for clients who have more than one property to be staged)
• Speedy responses to messages from clients
• A professional, highly responsive team from start to finish

What does furniture rental include?

Every item used in the staging of the property is included in the furniture rental price. 

You can expect a complete package, all the way from large furniture pieces such as beds and sofa sets, to soft furnishings (rugs, bed linens, throws, cushions), décor items (artwork, mirrors, faux plants), functional pieces (kitchen items, tableware) and lamps. On top of that, each item will be strategically placed, so it is leveraged to showcase the lifestyle your property offers. We also provide a dedicated home staging coordinator, and professional high-resolution photographs of your property.

What’s the interior styling process?

Our professional stylists will create a plan for your home using photographs, the provided floor plan, and in-depth communication (either in-person or via telephone). Next, we will arrive at an agreed time with accessories and furnishings to complement your existing home décor. After styling, we invite our professional photographer to photoshoot your home and create a portfolio of marketing images for you (or your estate agent).

What does the styling fee include?

The styling fee includes:

• A thorough conversation about your vision and requirements
• A consultation with an experienced stylist 
• Staged items fully installed by our team 
• Accessories and soft furnishings to add visual interest
• An interior shoot by a professional lifestyle photographer
• De-staging 

How much does a styling day cost?

The overall prices of our interior styling packages include all furnishings, a dedicated interior stylist, a complete styling service, and professional photography with no hidden costs.

When will I receive the photographs?

The professional photographs will be supplied within 3 working days, mostly taking under 24 hours. We ensure speedy deliveries to avoid any delay(s) in your marketing launch.
